Click OK and your League will be backed up to the CDROMBB\BACKUP (or Strat-O-Matic Baseball\Backup) folder as a '.lzp' file. You will only need to check the box to backup Rosters and Stats. Just move that folder to the exact same location on the other computer and the load game option should be able to find it. Highlight your league on the main screen.

If you run into problems restoring your backup file, here's how to fix them. All the saves are located under C:\Users\Now you have a new company file you can work from. Don't overwrite anything unless you know you want to. If you see any messages about possibly overwriting your data, select the option that best fits your needs. Or you can save the backup in a completely separate folder. To avoid overwriting anything, you can rename your existing company file or the backup so the names are unique.
